Credit or Debit Card Purchases are an additional 3% to cover the card fees. When using a debit or credit card, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions, including your card holder agreement.
Please make all Money Orders & Cashier’s Checks payable to "Bret Ruff Auctions".
You may choose to pickup your gun at our shop in Bismarck, ND or have it shipped to the Federal Firearms Licensee of your choice. Federal NICS check will be completed at time of purchase. All federal and state applicable gun laws will be followed.
$50.00 per gun re-listing fee applies if NICS check is denied for any reason or you fail to pick up and pay for your gun.

SHIPPING:
Shipping is available to the FFL holder of your choice. We charge a flat rate of $20 to ship your gun. Multiple guns may be eligible for a discount on shipping, please ask. We'll be happy to work with you on your shipping needs. The buyer assumes all risk in the shipping of the item. We cannot control what happens with the gun after it leaves our possession and any damage is between the buyer and the shipper.
All of our firearms are new unless otherwise noted. Although we don't warranty any of our guns, each new gun comes with the full manufacturers warranty.
