The P-09 is CZ's full-size polymer frame offering, boasting an impressive
19+1 (9mm) capacity in its flush-fitting magazine - unsurpassed by any
other 9mm service pistol. Featuring the versatile Omega trigger system, the
P-09 is shipped with decockers installed, but can easily be converted to a
manual safety with the supplied parts and instructions. Also included are
small, medium and large backstraps allowing the user to customize the
pistol's grip while retaining the natural point of aim for which CZ
handguns are known. With an integrated 1913 Picatinny rail, the P-09 is
readily adaptable to low-light situations. The Omega DA/SA trigger provides
crisp single action trigger break, while providing the safety of a DA
first-pull option.

Items ship within 10 days of payment receipt. We ship UPS Ground and UPS will notify you with a tracking number when your item ships and again when it arrives at your FFL. Please see terms and conditions for other shipping information.

You may choose to pickup your gun at our shop in Bismarck, ND or have it shipped to the Federal Firearms Licensee of your choice. Federal NICS check will be completed at time of purchase. All federal and state applicable gun laws will be followed.
$50.00 per gun re-listing fee applies if NICS check is denied for any reason or you fail to pick up and pay for your gun.

SHIPPING:
Shipping is available to the FFL holder of your choice. We charge a flat rate of $20 to ship your gun. We'll be happy to work with you on your shipping needs. The buyer assumes all risk in the shipping of the item. We cannot control what happens with the gun after it leaves our possession and any damage is between the buyer and the shipper.
All of our firearms are new unless otherwise noted. Although we don't warranty any of our guns, each new gun comes with the full manufacturers warranty.
