The F 17 V4 features a custom designed gas piston system with a rotating
locking bolt that is very similar to the original Eugene Stoner design. The
gas piston action is far safer and more reliable than the traditional blow
back designs because the 17 WSM produces 33,000 PSI. In fact, the velocity
of the 20 grain 17 WSM load is very comparable to the XM855 round for the
5.56 NATO. The 17 WSM provides low recoil, low cost ammunition with
devastating ballistics in a handy semi-automatic configuration. Even
better, Franklin Armory only had to adapt the barrel, bolt carrier group,
buffer, and magazine when designing the F 17-L to chamber the 17 WSM. Since
the majority of the F 17-L components are based on the traditional AR style
platform, users will benefit from the extensive after market options
available.

You may choose to pickup your gun at our shop in Steele, ND or have it shipped to the Federal Firearms Licensee of your choice. Federal NICS check will be completed at time of purchase. All federal and state applicable gun laws will be followed.
$50.00 per gun re-listing fee applies if NICS check is denied for any reason or you fail to pick up and pay for your gun.

SHIPPING:
Shipping is available to the FFL holder of your choice. We charge a flat rate of $20 to ship your gun. Multiple guns may be eligible for a discount on shipping, please ask. We'll be happy to work with you on your shipping needs. The buyer assumes all risk in the shipping of the item. We cannot control what happens with the gun after it leaves our possession and any damage is between the buyer and the shipper.
All of our firearms are new unless otherwise noted. Although we don't warranty any of our guns, each new gun comes with the full manufacturers warranty.
