Originally designed for the American market, the USP (Universal
Self-loading Pistol) has found international acceptance as an accurate and
ultra-reliable handgun. Features favored by U.S. law enforcement and
military users provided much of the design criteria for the USP. The
controls are uniquely American, influenced by such famous designs as the
Government Model 1911 pistol. All USPs feature a fiber-reinforced polymer
frame stiffened by stainless steel inserts at areas subject to stress and
friction. The USP control lever, a combination safety and decocking lever,
is frame mounted and quickly accessible, unlike the slide-mounted safeties
common on many semi-automatic pistols. Variant 7 is a double action without
control lever (no manual safety/decocking lever). This model comes with
three magazines and night sights.

Items ship within 10 days of payment receipt. We ship UPS Ground and UPS will notify you with a tracking number when your item ships and again when it arrives at your FFL. Please see terms and conditions for other shipping information.

You may choose to pickup your gun at our shop in Bismarck, ND or have it shipped to the Federal Firearms Licensee of your choice. Federal NICS check will be completed at time of purchase. All federal and state applicable gun laws will be followed.
$50.00 per gun re-listing fee applies if NICS check is denied for any reason or you fail to pick up and pay for your gun.

SHIPPING:
Shipping is available to the FFL holder of your choice. We charge a flat rate of $20 to ship your gun. We'll be happy to work with you on your shipping needs. The buyer assumes all risk in the shipping of the item. We cannot control what happens with the gun after it leaves our possession and any damage is between the buyer and the shipper.
All of our firearms are new unless otherwise noted. Although we don't warranty any of our guns, each new gun comes with the full manufacturers warranty.
