Product Description
Compact for easy concealment, the Security-9 is designed to fit a variety of available holsters. Rugged construction with black oxide, through-hardened alloy steel slide and barrel and high-performance, glass-filled nylon grip frame. Precision-machined, hard-coat anodized aluminum chassis with full-length guide rails. The Secure Action used in the LCP II and Security-9 is derived from the reliable and proven hammer-fired LCP fire control system. The Secure Action combines the smooth trigger pull of the LCP with the short, crisp feel and positive reset of a single action. Textured grip frame provides a secure and comfortable grip. Dovetailed, high-visibility sight system with drift adjustable rear sight and fixed front sight. Sights can be easily changed out for different color options (available separately). Internal, Secure Action hammer provides strong ignition force, yet allows for easier slide racking when compared with many striker-fired pistols. Front cocking serrations enable positive slide manipulation. Safety features include integrated trigger safety, external manual safety, neutrally balanced sear with significant engagement and strong spring tension, and hammer catch to help prevent the hammer from contacting the firing pin unless the trigger is pulled. Safe, easy takedown with no special tools or trigger pull required. Also includes: two alloy steel magazines.

Shipping Details:
We offer flat rate shipping of $25 per gun to cover shipping and handling of each firearm. We only ship within the US. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available on firearms, but we will charge an additional fee to ship to those areas. Firearms shipped to California are charged at $35 per gun to cover the additional paperwork. Certain firearms may not be legal to ship to your state and it is your responsiblity to know that information.
We offer flat rate shipping on non-firearm items at $15.95 per auction. Large and oversized items may be charged at a higher rate. Ammunition cannot be shipped to California, Hawaii or Alaska.
We offer local pickup at our offices on Fridays from 12pm to 7pm. We are located at 2908 Morrison Avenue in Bismarck, ND.

All items in this auction are brand new, first quality and come with full manufacter's warranty. All of the items can be shipped, unless the item is not legal in your home state. All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee of your choice. All suppressors or other NFA items must be shipped to an FFL/SOT holder of your choice. You'll need to have your FFL send a copy of their license to us at bismanbids@gmail.com
Buyers Premium for this auction is 20%. Please do not bid if you don't intend to follow through on your purchase, all bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject your bid at the close of the auction, even if you're not the high bidder. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of auction close if your bid has been accepted. There is a $200 relisting fee on any item that you bid on, win and fail to pay for. If you dispute the charge to your credit card which you have agreed to, there will be an additional $200 charge to pay for our time and costs in collecting the disputed charge. Due to the continued supply chain issues across the United States, we cannot guarantee product availabilty once the auction has closed. For ammunition, we may substitute comparable ammo of another brand in the case of a product shortage. For other availability isses, we will work to source the item for 10 business days. If the item cannot be sourced, we will refund your money to you and let you know. We must receive a copy of the FFL or SOT that you would like us to ship to within 5 business days. A $10 per day storage fee may be assessed if we don't receive the FFL/SOT within those 5 business days.
Please know your state laws prior to bidding on any item, especially if you live in California. There is a $200 relisting fee if you win an item that cannot be shipped into your state. Some auction items may have a reserve assigned by the Seller. We may set our software to place bids so that the item does not sell below the reserve price. All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. There is a $200 relisting fee for retracting, cancelling or refusing to honor your bid for any reason.
SHIPPING
All items become your property the moment we recognize your winning bid. Items can be shipped at the Buyers expense. The Buyer assumes all risk in storing and/or shipping of the item. Any disputes are between the buyer and the shipping company (FedEx).
