Product Description
The SureFire Maximus(TM) rechargeable variable-output LED headlamp delivers an amazing 1,000 lumens of light-enough to illuminate your entire campsite. If that's too much light, you can dial it down to 1 lumen-or any level in between-for closer work, preserving your dark-adapted vision, or extending the runtime. A large knurled dial permits output control with one hand-even if it's gloved or numbed by cold. One hand can also aim the light right where you want it since the light assembly rotates up and down 90 degrees. The SureFire Maximus utilizes a high-performance LED and a custom reflector to produce a wide, diffused beam optimized for your natural field of vision, but which also provides impressive reach at its max output setting. Power comes from an integral rechargeable lithium-ion battery that can provide years of use; chargers for both wall-type AC outlets and 12-volt DC vehicle accessory outlets are included. A fuel gauge on the headlamp gives battery charge status, and a long-running SOS beacon provides an extra margin of safety if needed. Built from tough, lightweight magnesium, the SureFire Maximus thrives in harsh conditions. It's also comfortable to wear, thanks to its no-chafe fine-weave headband and moisture-wicking Breathe-O-Prene(R) forehead pad.

Please do not bid if you don't intend to follow through on your purchase, all bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject your bid at the close of the auction, even if you're not the high bidder. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of auction close if your bid has been accepted. There is a $200 relisting fee on any item that you bid on, win and fail to pay for or fail to accept for any reason. If you dispute the charge to your credit card which you have agreed to, there will be an additional $200 charge to pay for our time and costs in collecting the disputed charge.
It is your responsibility to know and understand the laws in your state of residence. Not all items are legal to ship to every state. We will require a copy of your photo ID prior to shipping ammunition in order to prove age. Please know your state laws prior to bidding on any item, especially if you live in California. We do not ship items outside of the United States. There is a $200 relisting fee if you win an item that cannot be shipped into your state. Some auction items may have a reserve assigned by the Seller. We may set our software to place bids so that the item does not sell below the reserve price. Final sale of items depends on availablity as we run multiple auctions every day. If an item you have won becomes unavailable, we will attempt to source it for you within 10 days. If we are unable to source it for you, we will refund the purchase in full. All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. There is a $200 relisting fee for retracting, cancelling or refusing to honor your bid for any reason.

SHIPPING FOR FIREARMS
Firearms normally ship within 15 business days of receiving your FFL information. There may be times when extenuating circumstances delay shipping. Firearms ship at a flat rate of $25 per gun. The won item becomes your property at the point that we charge your credit card. The Buyer assumes all risk in storing and/or shipping of the item. Any disputes are between the buyer and the shipping company (FedEx). For firearms or other controlled items, you will need to provide us with a copy of the Federal Firearms License that you wish us to ship to. Suppressors require an FFL and SOT from the shop that you wish to ship to. You will be required to purchase a tax stamp from the federal government prior to taking possession of your suppressor. Suppressors require transfer approval by ATF prior to us shipping to your dealer and the timeline of those transfer approvals is outside of our control. By providing this license, you authorize us to ship to that address on your behalf. You will need to contact your local gun shop and have them send a copy of their FFL to BisManBids@gmail.com. We do not contact gun shops on your behalf. Please provide us an FFL to ship to within 10 days of your purchase. If you have not provided us with an FFL for shipping, storage fees of $10 per day, per item will begin after 10 days unless you have made arrangements with us. If an item is returned to us for any reason, you will be charged a $200 per item restocking fee.

Your credit card will be charged at the close of the auction for the amount of your purchase. When using a debit or credit card, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions, including your card holder agreement. If your credit card declines, we may attempt to charge your card for a partial payment. We will assess a $10 fee each time your card declines, up to five attempts. If your card continues to decline, we will apply any partial payments toward fees at our discretion.
SHIPPING FOR ITEMS OTHER THAN FIREARMS
Items normally ship within 15 business days of the auction close. At times, there may be extenuating circumstances which may delay shipping. Shipping is available to your address on file for a flat rate of $15.95 per auction. The item becomes your property at the point that we charge your credit card for the amount due. The buyer assumes all risk in shipping the item. We cannot control what happens with the item after it leaves our possession and any damage or lost items are between the buyer and the shipper. If you would like to insure your items for an additional charge, please let us know prior to shipping.
