The TA01-D-100556 Type 2 combines the technology of the battle-tested Trijicon ACOG (4x32) gun sight with the 3.25 MOA Trijicon RMR Type 2 red dot sight. This provides the shooter with the option of quick acquisition close range sighting with the Trijicon RMR sight and the precision for longer range shooting with the Trijicon ACOG 4x32. This ability to adjust to tactical situations gives the user the needed edge when the lives are on the line and success is the only acceptable outcome. The ranging reticle allows for bullet drop compensation out to 600 meters without any manual adjustments. The reticle will appear black during the daytime and will glow amber in the dark, thanks to Trijicon's patented tritium illumination.

We offer flat rate shipping within the continental US of $29.95 per gun to cover shipping and handling of each firearm. We only ship within the US. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available, but we will charge an additional fee to ship to those areas. Firearms shipped to California are charged at $45 per gun to cover the additional paperwork. Certain firearms may not be legal to ship to your state and it is your responsiblity to know that information.
We offer flat rate shipping on non-firearm items at $19.95 per auction to the continental US. Large and oversized items may be charged at a higher rate. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii have to be air freighted, so shipping to those states will be higher. Ammunition cannot be shipped to California, Hawaii or Alaska and many other states, so please be aware of your state laws prior to bidding.
We no longer offer an option for local pickup. All items must be shipped.

All of the items in this auction are brand new, first quality and come with full manufacturers warranty. You can count on getting new, genuine branded merchandise. We sell thru multiple distributors and manufacturers in various locations around the United States. Because of that, we are subject to supply chain issues at times. Although items are in stock at the time that we catalog them, there may be times when an item unexpectedly goes out of stock. If this occurs, we will attempt to source the item for you for a period of time at our discretion. If you do not wish to wait for the item to become available, you may notify us through email and we will process a full refund to your card. We may substitute a similar item if one is available. Items are considered similar at our discretion and will have the same or greater value as determined by the wholesale price of the substitued item. If we are unable to source the item or a similar item, we will process a refund back to your card on file. All warranty issues are between the bidder and the manufacturer. The buyer's premium for this auction is 20%, plus shipping and the credit card convenience fee for this auction is 4%. Because we sell for multiple distributors and manufactuers in various locations around the United States, your items may arrive at different times or in different packages from different carriers. These manufacturers may take different amounts of time to ship your items. We try to have items shipped as quickly as possible, but at times, there may be delays in their shipping times. We incur fees when you bid and/or win an item in our auction, therefore we pass fees on to you if you fail to complete a purchase on an item you have won. If you win an item and fail to pay for it, fail to send us a legal address for shipping, fail to give us a correct address or, in general, cause a failure to complete the transaction, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total invoice will apply and you give us permission to charge the relisting fee to your card on file. If your card on file declines, we may charge a decline fee of $10 per attempt to charge your card, for a maximum of five attempts. You give us permission to charge your card on file for those decline fees. You agree that card decline fees or relisting fees will be paid even if you don't pay for or receive the items that you won. You agree that card decline fees and/or relisting fees will be paid first and before any monies collected will be applied to your purchase. You give us permission to charge your card in increments smaller than the total due in an attempt to collect your entire invoice balance. You also give us permission to apply those smaller payments toward card decline fees, storage fees or relisting fees if applicable. You are responsible for having your gun shop or FFL holder of choice email a copy of their Federal Firearms License (FFL) to us for shipping of your firearm. The email must be sent to bismanbids@gmail.com and have your name on the subject line. The FFL must be received within 5 days of the auction close or a $10 per day storage fee may be imposed. You agree to this charge to your credit card on file. All storage fees must be payed prior to shipping your firearm. You agree to pay these storage fees even if you don't pay for or receive the firearm that you won. If you dispute any of the charges that you have agreed to, a $200 dispute fee will be charged to your card on file. You give us permission to charge that fee to your card on file and you agree that the dispute fee will be paid even if you don't receive your merchandise. This covers our time and expense in submitting paperwork to the card processor in order to recover our money. All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. Do not share your log in information. Do not leave your computer open while you are logged in to our site. If someone else uses your login or your computer, you agree that you have granted permission to that person and you agree that you are responsible for any bids that are placed through your account. If you cannot pay for your winning bid, you may opt to pay a relisting fee of 25% of the total invoice. Many of the items that we sell are restricted in some states. Firearm and ammunition laws are complex and vary widely from state to state. You are responsible for knowing the laws in the state in which you reside. If you win an item that is not legal to ship to your address on file, you may give us an alternate address for shipping. If you do not have an alternate address, a relisting fee of 25% of the total invoice will apply. We do not ship internationally. If you live outside of the United States and have won an item, we must ship your item to an address within the US. You can then arrange to export your item. We will ship items to Alaska or Hawaii, but additional shipping charges may be incurred. Large or oversized items may also incur additional shipping charges. If we ship an item to you and it is returned to us by the shipper, you agree to pay a return fee of 25% of the purchase plus shipping to send your items to you again. If you cancel the transaction because of this return, you agree to pay the cancellation fee of 25% of the invoice total. We reserve the right to accept or reject your bid for any reason. If we have accepted your bid, you will receive a paid receipt along with instructions for next steps usually within 24 hours of the auction close. Some of the items in this auction will sell with reserve. We do not disclose which items have reserves nor do we share that reserve with you. We may cause our software to bid up to the amount of that reserve in order to keep the item from selling under the reserve price. An item becomes your property the moment it is paid for through the charge to your credit card. You assume all of the risk in the pre-shipping storage of your property and in the actual shipping. Any claims for damaged or missing items are strictly between the buyer and the shipping company. We do not offer a pickup option. All items will be shipped according to our listed terms and conditions. If you have multipe invoices with us at any given time, all of those invoices must be paid in full prior to shipping any items to you. If you refuse or are unable to pay all of your invoices, any funds that we have collected will be used for cacellation or other fees first. After those fees are paid, we will either ship the remaining items or refund the difference. All Information listed on auction items is based on information from the manufacturer or distributor. It is NOT GUARANTEED. All auction items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with any and all faults or defects. Buyers are solely responsible for determining the condition of all purchases.
