Shipping Details:
Items ship within 10 business days of receipt of your receiving FFL. Although infrequent, there may be times when product availability or federal/state requirements cause shipping delays. We ship Fed Ex and they will notify you with a tracking number when your item ships and again when it arrives at your FFL. Please see terms and conditions for other shipping information.
Payment Details:
Payment is due immediately and will be charged to your credit card on file. You will receive a paid receipt from us within 24 hours of the auction closing. Please contact Beth at beth.ruff@bektel.com to make other payment arrangements.

Please note that when you enter into a bid, you enter into a binding contract to purchase your item per the terms listed. Please do not bid if you don't intend to follow through on your purchase. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject your bid at the close of the auction, even if you're not the high bidder. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of auction close if your bid has been accepted. There is a $200 relisting fee on any item that you bid on, win and fail to pay for. If you dispute the charge to your credit card which you have agreed to, there will be an additional $200 charge to pay for our time and costs in collecting the disputed charge.
It is your responsibility to know and understand the gun laws in your state of residence. Not all items are legal to ship to every state. We will require a copy of your photo ID prior to shipping ammunition in order to prove age. Please know your state laws prior to bidding on any item, especially if you live in California. There is a $200 relisting fee if you win an item that cannot be shipped into your state. Some auction items may have a reserve assigned by the Seller. We may set our software to place bids so that the item does not sell below the reserve price. All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. There is a $200 relisting fee for retracting, cancelling or refusing to honor your bid for any reason.

SHIPPING FOR FIREARMS
Firearms ship at a flat rate of $25 per gun. The firearm becomes your property at the point that we charge your credit card. The Buyer assumes all risk in storing and/or shipping of the item. Any disputes are between the buyer and the shipping company (FedEx). For firearms or other controlled items, you will need to provide us with a copy of the Federal Firearms License that you wish us to ship to. Suppressors require an FFL and SOT from the shop that you wish to ship to. You will be required to purcahse a tax stamp from the federal government prior to taking possession of your suppressor. Suppressors require transfer approval by ATF prior to us shipping to your dealer and the timeline of those transfer approvals our outside of our control. By providing this license, you authorize us to ship to that address on your behalf. You will need to contact your local gun shop and have them send a copy of their FFL to beth.ruff@bektel.com. We do not contact gun shops on your behalf. Please provide us an FFL to ship to within 10 days of your purchase. If you have not provided us with an FFL for shipping, storage fees of $10 per day, per item will begin after 10 days unless you have made arrangements with Beth.

Your credit card will be charged at the close of the auction for the amount of your purchase. When using a debit or credit card, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions, including your card holder agreement. If your credit card declines, we may attempt to charge your card for a partial payment. We will assess a $10 fee each time your card declines, up to five attempts. If you card continues to decline, we will apply any partial payments toward fees at our discretion.
SHIPPING FOR ITEMS OTHER THAN FIREARMS
Shipping is available to your address on file for a flat rate of $15.95 per auction. The item becomes your property at the point that we charge your credit card for the amount due. The buyer assumes all risk in shipping the item. We cannot control what happens with the item after it leaves our possession and any damage or lost items are between the buyer and the shipper. If you would like to insure your items for an additional charge, please let us know prior to shipping.
